How often do I need to change my engine oil?   Vehicle and oil manufactures still recommend your engine oil be changed every 3,000 miles. Some manufactures are changing oil change interval recomendations as far out as very 7,500 miles.  Whether you use standard petroleumn based oil or synthetic, the maximum protection for your engine is very 3,000 miles.

Why should I use a Synthetic Blend engine oil instead of a standard oil?  Synthetic oil is far superior to a normal petroleum based oil.  It suspends quicker, it lubricates better, and is not affected by temperature like a standard petroleumn oil.  Due to high manufatcuring costs associated with  pure synthetic oils, a synthetic blend which provides the added protection and performance of synthetic with a much smaller increase in cost is often the best choice.  Tire World features Valvoline Maxlife Synthetic Blend wich also contains seal conditioners and anti-wear agents.
