I had a great experience at Tire World, especially thanks to Eric! I came in expecting a simple tire repair and found out I actually needed all four tires replaced. Definitely not the news I wanted to hear, but Eric made the whole situation so much easier. He took the time to explain everything, worked with me to find a good set of tires at a better price, and never made me feel pressured or like he was trying to sell me anything I didn’t need. He was friendly, honest, and genuinely helpful during what could have been a really stressful experience. I really appreciated how well he took care of me and my Jeep, and I’ll definitely be coming back for future service. Thanks, Eric!
